CCBF Builds Durability in Brant

Brant County receives $2.6 million each year from the Canada Community-Building Fund for strategic capital investments.

In 2025, that was used to renew roads, bridges, sidewalks, and culverts across the County. Work was done on more than 900 metres of roadway (including watermains and sidewalks), two bridges, two culverts, and more. The work extends the lifespan of the assets, improves safety for all road users, and improves drainage and stormwater management.

These investments keep residents and visitors moving smoothly through the County and ensure long-term durability of essential infrastructure.
