The CCBF

About

This map identifies all investments supported by the CCBF in Ontario - except for those in Toronto and unincorporated areas of the province. Visit the Toronto's site to learn about the city's investments of the Fund. View Ontario's page on the CCBF to learn more about the province's role. Investments can be filtered by municipality, construction status (ongoing or complete), start of construction date, and type of asset (18 types of infrastructure) are eligible for funding).

Project information

Project information is reported throughout the year and posted once reviewed. Locations are approximate. Where projects involve work at multiple locations, representative coordinates are used to place the project on this map. This is often the municipal head office.

The dashboard

The chart illustrates the total and the breakdown of CCBF investments by eligible category made since the program began. Infographics present a roll-up of specific outputs for projects completed between 2014 and 2023. Project outputs are reported on an annual basis and are added once a project’s construction is completed, and before the end of the following year (e.g. 2024 will be reported before then end of 2025). Outcomes and outputs reporting is embedded in the Fund's annual reports. For detailed allocation information, please visit the Allocations page on the CCBF in Ontario site.

Evolution of the Fund

The Fund was established in 2005. Some terms and conditions on the use of the Fund - including eligibility criteria - have changed since then. Learn more about the history of the Fund here.
