Important Roadwork Completed in Lambton Shores

The Municipality of Lambton Shores completed a significant road reconstruction project this year using investments from the Canada Community-Building Fund.

This critical infrastructure project supported the reconstruction of Broadway Street, a main artery in the community of Forest, Ontario. The project included a full asphalt replacement of the roadway and the replacement of the watermain, storm sewer, sanitary sewer repairs, curb and gutter, and sidewalks.

Broadway Street was identified as a high-priority project for the Municipality. Thanks to the support of the Canada Community-Building Fund the project was completed by the mid-summer of 2021.
