Richmond Hill Renovates Central Library 

Richmond Hill’s Central Library is one of the busiest venues in the City. It is receiving significant upgrades thanks to an investment of more than $1.9 million from the BCSF Community Stream.

The City is investing in key interior upgrades including new flooring, doors, handrails, electrical outlets, and more.
