Roundabout Project to Support Growth in Prescott and Russell

Prescott and Russell is constructing a new roundabout using more than $3 million from the BCSF Community stream. 

The project will improve traffic flow, enhance safety, and support future growth in the region. Work involves replacing the existing intersection with a modern roundabout to address increasing traffic demands. 

The project was identified through an environmental assessment which determined that a roundabout was the preferred solution to improve traffic operations and address long-term transportation needs.

With the region expected to grow significantly over the next two decades, this investment will help ensure the road network can safely and efficiently accommodate future residents, workers, and visitors while supporting continued growth across the municipality.
