St. Thomas Fire Department Upgrades Fleet

The City of St. Thomas recently enhanced its emergency response capabilities with the addition of a new truck to its Fire Department fleet. 

The truck was welcomed with a traditional push-in ceremony and replaced a vehicle that had reached the end of its service life.

The new truck provides firefighters with modern equipment and improved reliability, helping ensure the department can continue delivering efficient and effective emergency services to the community. 

This investment of the Build Communities Strong Fund Community stream supports the City’s ongoing commitment to public safety and maintaining a resilient fleet for years to come.
