Stirling-Rawdon Overhauls Downtown Core

The Township of Stirling-Rawdon has started extensive roadwork that will rehabilitate the infrastructure in its downtown core.

The Municipality is investing the Canada Community-Building Fund into an infrastructure overhaul on several streets in its commercial business area, along with some residential streets.

This project includes full water and sewer line upgrades, along with street and sidewalk reconstruction on portions of Mill Street and Mill Street East, Henry Street, West Front Street, East Front Street and North Street.

These improvements will result in increased water and sewer capacity for the businesses and multi-residential units along East and West Front Street and Mill Street.
